Join OC Public Libraries at one of our eight cooking classes. Each class will be conducted by a professional chef from Impastiamo - a team of chefs 
whose love of food drives them to promote sustainability, diversity, and culture in our communities. Their goal is to share their passion for cooking with 
you and inspire our community to combat food waste. Each class will highlight tips, tricks, and techniques. Learn new skills, engage with delicious recipes, and connect with others in the community - starting in the kitchen! All supplies will be provided.
