Reserve a Study Room

View availability and reserve a study room online.

Guidelines for Using Study Rooms:

1. Maximum reservation time is 2 hours per day per individual or group.  Additional time will not be granted for late arrivals.

2. Each person or group is allowed a maximum of 5 reservations per week.

3. May be reserved up to 7 days in advance only.

4. A valid email address and OC Public Libraries card is required to make a reservation. If you do not have a card, you can apply for one here.

5. All reservation submissions must be verified by the patron via email confirmation within 15-minutes of making booking.

  • If not verified, the reservation is automatically canceled.
  • Email will come from (alerts@mail.libcal.com).
  • Please check your spam filter if you do not see it in your inbox.

6. Reservations are automatically cancelled if not checked into room within 15-minutes of reservation start time. A "no-show" booking will count towards your weekly booking limit.

7. Patrons are not permitted to move furniture in or out of the study room.

8. OC Public Libraries is not responsible for items left unattended in a study room or the library.

9. No food allowed. A covered beverage is acceptable.

OC Public Libraries reserves the right to cancel or decline any study room reservation.
