To Our Patrons and Community:   

OC Public Libraries are open for in-person services according to State and County guidelines. 

Service hours are Tuesday – Thursday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Friday - Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.  * Laguna Hills Technology and Laguna Woods are Monday – Friday 10 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.    

Online services continue to expand with eBook checkout and Virtual Programs which include virtual storytimes, Zoom book clubs, crafting, food literacy, reading programs, and more. 

  • Get a digital card that gives you access to a wide variety of downloadable media!   

  • Most Friends of the Library Bookstores will reopen on July 6. Donation acceptance will vary by Friends of the Library locations. Please call your local branch for updates on Friends of the Library bookstores and if they are accepting donations. 

  • WiFi on Wheels service is available in select communities throughout Orange County, providing WiFi service to surrounding areas, hotspot check-outs, and remote library services . Available Tuesdays-Fridays, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. & Saturdays, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. For more information, visit Wifi on Wheels.  

  • Per the state Guidance for the Use of Face Coverings,  masks are not required for fully vaccinated individuals. Masks are required for unvaccinated individuals. No person can be prevented from wearing a mask as a condition of participation in an activity or entry into a business.
