The IRS has informed libraries across the country that only limited quantities of federal tax forms will be made available to the public through participating libraries.
Only IRS form 1040 & California FTB booklets 540, 540 2EZ & 540NR will be available in paper form. Copies of other forms and instructions are available through the Internet for viewing and downloading.
Patrons can copy or print tax materials at the library for a fee of 15 cents per page.
