Jenny Martinez, author of the cookbook My Mexican Mesa Y Listo! has appeared on the Food Network and has become well known on social media platforms by sharing her authentic family Mexican recipes. Jenny's following has steadily grown with her viral video showcasing her Birria "Quesa-Tacos" recipe.
