OC Public Libraries Celebrate the Year of the Snake!
The Fountain Valley, Garden Grove and Westminster branches shared in the excitement at the annual Tet Festival, in Garden Grove.
Among the thrilling rides, the singing and dancing and all that fabulous food, Staff was on hand to answer any and all questions, folks had about OC Public Libraries. Visitors picked up library card applications and Branch information, while children made paper snakes, or selected colorful rubber snakes to take home. Almost 700 people participated in our opportunity drawing for a chance to win a Nook HD.
Promotional material and outreach supplies, including the NOOK HD Tablets, were provided by the generous support of the Friends of the Fountain Valley, Garden Grove and Westminster Libraries.
