Utilities
Inspectors verify construction of utility improvements within Orange County roadways, flood control facilities and County owned property conforms to approved plans, permit conditions, special provisions, County of Orange Standard Plans, and safety standards. Permits are issued to individuals, utility companies, and public agencies. These types of construction activities include electrical, telephone, cable, water and sewer line utility installations.
